Whether it is in a nursing home, rehabilitation center, prison, pregnancy center, low-income housing complex, or rural small town, MissioCorps seeks to start congregations among the most vulnerable and under-resourced in our society.
Scriptures repeatedly compel us to seek out and serve the orphan, widow, alien, and the poor in our midst. We believe this call extends beyond simple acts of service: it is a call to release the gifts of the people of God. These brothers and sisters have incredible value to the Church, and they have gifts that the Church needs. We all need each other, not to do “ministry to” but be the Church alongside.
